How to claim

1. Order your document from us as normal.
2. Within 14 days of purchase, email [email protected] with your order reference and a link or screenshot showing the lower price.
3. We'll verify the document is identical and email your Amazon.co.uk gift card to the address on your order, usually within 30 working days.

What's covered

• The lower price must be publicly listed on a UK-based document retrieval service.
• The document must be the same type (Title Plan, Title Register, etc.) for the same property.
• Delivery options must be comparable (e.g. standard vs standard).

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline claims where the comparison is not like-for-like, or where the competing offer is not publicly available to all customers. Amazon.co.uk gift cards are subject to Amazon's gift card terms.
